international pump manufacturers, local pump manufacturers and leading
distributors with high quality, dependable and price competitive pumps. Most
of these pumps are sold under the customers’ own brand names and thus
appear as being manufactured by these Stairs customers.

Stairs takes full responsibility for the design, the manufacture and the quality of
our pumps. The high volume of our production enables us to justify the use of
high volume automated production machinery and testing equipment. Although
our production staff is trained and experienced, the secret to consistently high
quality production is the use of high volume automated production machinery
so that all pump components are consistently identical; as well as our continual
control of quality at all stages of the manufacturing process. The vast majority of
our production is done in-house, which allows us to control the quality from the manufacturing of the individual parts through to the end product. |

| Competitive Prices |
Our high, and continually growing, production volume enables us to negotiate
better prices for raw materials such as stainless steel, etc.. And, the larger
volume also allows us to justify the purchase of more advanced, efficient and
cost effective production machinery. This has enabled us to absorb many of the
large material price increases that have been experienced during the past two years.
It must also be pointed out that we do not offer the lowest prices. We offer
competitive prices that allow our customers to be competitive in their markets
and allow us a reasonable profit to continue making investments in the most
modern machinery, production facilities and manpower which enables us to
continue to grow and provide even better products and services in the future. |
